Working at The Naudiyal’s Group

We are an HR consultancy, so people are the work. Our team recruits for client companies, runs their payroll and statutory compliance, trains their staff on PoSH and helps them build HR systems that hold up. That means every role here touches real businesses and real careers in the Tricity.

We are a growing team, which keeps things practical: you get responsibility early, see the results of your work quickly and learn across HR functions rather than in a single silo. Our founder, Hari Shankar Naudiyal, was recognised among the top HR leaders in Punjab by the World HRD Congress in 2025, and that people-first approach shapes how we work with clients and with each other.
