About the role
We are looking for a recruiter who enjoys the full hiring cycle, from understanding a client’s brief to the candidate’s first day. You will handle a portfolio of open roles for our clients in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula, working closely with hiring managers and our account team.
This is a target-driven role with clear monthly goals, regular coaching from senior recruiters and a direct impact on client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and agree the hiring brief with clients
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and our internal database
- Screen candidates by phone and assess fit, notice period and salary expectations
- Schedule interviews, collect feedback and keep candidates engaged through the process
- Negotiate offers and follow up until the candidate joins
- Maintain accurate candidate records and weekly hiring reports
Qualifications & experience
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency experience is a plus)
- Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
- Clear spoken and written English and Hindi; Punjabi is an advantage
- Organised, persistent and comfortable working to targets
